VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA is a fund management company domiciled in Luxembourg and is subject to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

VP Fund Solutions is VP Bank’s fund business that bundles the fund expertise under a single umbrella organisation. VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA replaces the former VPB Finance S.A., which was founded in 1998 as a subsidiary of VP Bank (Luxembourg) SA. VP Fund Solutions employs a total of around 55 staff in Luxembourg and Liechtenstein.

VP Bank Ltd was founded in 1956 and, with its 810 emplyees, ranks amongst the largest banks in Liechtenstein. VP Bank is present with seven offices worldwide.
